    Rules and Regulations

    The event will be held at the Highland Country Club in Ft. Thomas, KY and is scheduled for November 6, 2021.

    ​To become a sponsor or to donate items/services to our silent auction, please fill out the attached form and return no later than October 1, 2021.

    Platinum Sponsorship ($2500) - ONE AVAILABLE
    • Your organization is the Exclusive Event Sponsor.
    • Organization name/logo on all advertising and printed materials related to event as “Lucky Tales Rescue Woof and Wiggle presented by (your organization name)” or "(your organization name) presents the Lucky Tales Rescue Woof and Wiggle”, including tickets, posters, programs, emails, etc.
    • Organization name/logo in prominent location on Lucky Tales website, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Recognition in all event media releases and advertisement.
    • Organization name/logo displayed prominently at event on signage
    • Continual publicity during the event itself via a PowerPoint slide show.
    • You will receive two tickets for the event and two drink tickets.

    Gold Sponsorship ($1000)
    • Organization name/logo on advertising and printed materials related to event.
    • Organization name/logo in prominent location on Lucky Tales website, Facebook, and Instagram
    • Recognition in all event media releases and advertisement.
    • Organization name/logo displayed prominently at event on signage
    • Continual publicity during the event via a PowerPoint slide presentation.

    Silver Sponsorship $500
    • Organization name/logo on advertising and printed materials related to event.
    • Organization name/logo on Lucky Tales website, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Continual publicity during the event itself via a PowerPoint slide presentation.

    Bronze Sponsorship $100
    • ​During the event your name will be displayed via a PowerPoint slide presentation.

    SPECIAL NOTE: LUCKY TALES RESCUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE ANY VENDOR WHO DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE WOOF AND WIGGLE FEST 2021 RULES AND REGULATIONS, OF WHICH THE COMMITTEE FINDS INAPPROPRIATE TO THE SPIRIT OF THE FEST.

    UNLESS NOTIFIED YOU MAY ASSUME THAT YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. DUE TO TIME LIMITATIONS, CONFIRMATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT. YOU MAY CONFIRM RECEIPT BY CONTACTING ltrwoofandwiggle@gmail.com
